Customer Service Employee English

Sterisets Manufacturing S.a. is eager to welcome an ambitious Customer Service Employee. From our locations in the Netherlands and Portugal, we serve our customers in > 60 countries, from wholesale to hospitals.

What will you be doing?

• You will enter orders and monitor the delivery times
• You will maintain customer data
• You will maintain telephone and mail contact with our international customers
• You will assist the Account Manager
• You will make quotations and follow them up

Who are we looking for?

• You have Bachelor or comparable level of education
• You have perfect knowledge of the English language
• You have strong communication skills
• You are customer oriented
• You are friendly
• You are accurate
• You have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• You are process oriented
